- Manage time effectively to adhere to scheduled tour times while ensuring thorough coverage of all key points.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the organization with pride.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance tour offerings and improve guest experiences.

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information in an engaging manner.

- Public speaking proficiency to confidently address groups of varying sizes.
- Redwood experience is a must. You have to be knowledgeable of all flora and fauna throughout the park as well as logging history and native American history.
