Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products while ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. This role requires a combination of technical skills, route driving experience, and the ability to perform heavy lifting. As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform installations of products at customer locations according to specifications and safety standards.
- Drive to various job sites using company vehicles, including vans and box trucks, ensuring timely arrivals.
- Load and unload installation materials and equipment, ensuring safe handling practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service during installations, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of installations completed, including any necessary documentation for each job.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and successful project completions.
- Follow all safety protocols while on the road and at job sites to ensure personal and public safety.
Skills
- Proven experience in route driving, including familiarity with commercial driving regulations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for installation tasks.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of loading and unloading techniques for various types of equipment and materials.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications may be beneficial.
